Prenatal Home Visits
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or your fifth, a one-on-one visit with an IBCLC can provide valuable support. During our session, we’ll discuss topics such as birthing, breastfeeding techniques post-birth, baby’s stomach size, feeding breast milk, the changing composition of breast milk, bottles that promote a deep latch, recommended pacifiers, what to expect with a C-section, the Golden hour, skin-to-skin bonding, babywearing, colostrum collection, breast and nipple assessments, and sizing flanges correctly among many other things!

Home Postpartum Visits
Home visits provide a relaxing atmosphere, allowing us to meet in your own space where you typically feed your infant. Plus, you won't have to worry about lugging around heavy bags when you come to see me. I'm here to support you in achieving your breastfeeding/pumping goals!

Need help fast? We now offer same-day or next-day lactation support — when it can’t wait.
If you're dealing with urgent feeding challenges like painful latching, low supply, bottle refusal, or a distressed baby, we’ll do our best to get you seen within 24 hours — either by me or a trusted IBCLC colleague in the Des Moines area.

Infant Massage Education $60 per 20 minutes
Gentle techniques for bonding, soothing, and nurturing your baby — taught by a trained RN IBCLC.
This is a parent-led, non-medical approach to infant massage. In these sessions, you'll learn simple, effective massage techniques to help:

Soothe fussiness or gas

Promote relaxation and sleep

Deepen your connection and communication with your baby

Support body awareness and comfort after birth
You'll be guided step-by-step through age-appropriate, baby-led touch in a supportive, calm environment — with plenty of time for questions.
✨ This is not therapeutic or medical massage, but an educational session designed to empower you with confidence and gentle tools for connection.
Available in-office, in-home, or virtually.
In-home visits, there is a $50 travel fee (for the Des Moines area) if I am seeing you for the massage education only at that appointment.
